I have designed two enclosures...one that fits the mki MR2 and one that fits the mkii. Both were designed to the specs of the JL Audio 8" W3 subwoofer. The mkii sub enclosure has the exact amount of sealed airspace inside the enclosure that the W3 sub calls for. Besides having the perfect amount of airspace for these subs, my enclosures also allow the seats to move back and recline all the way when they are behind the seats and also allow the t-tops to sit right over them without interfering with the subs at all. The price for my enclosures is $75 a piece or $150 for the pair. I also sell the subs (JL Audio 8" W3) for very cheap...$125 a piece. Call around...most sell the subs for $140 or $150 a piece + tax. So you will be saving in excess of $50 if you decide to get them from me! If you get the subs and enclosures from me, I will mount and seal the subs into the enclosures before I ship them out. I also sell grills for $6 each (also includes the mounting hardware) which protects the subs and makes shipping worry free as well. You will not believe the amount of clean bass these 8's will produce!!! I gaurantee you have not heard a pair of 8's hit harder or are cleaner. I only wish everyone could have a demo inside my car.
