1991 MKII MR2 Turbo Super White sold to Trieste LaPorte .

I found this car on the MR2 Classifieds Page. The Prior Owner lived in Sunnyvale,CA and had just purchased the car 3-4 weeks prior from the original owner, then found out he was being transferred and had to sell it. I had him bring the car to Sunnyvale Toyota and paid them to do a full inspection of the car. I also had the owner mail me photos. (while the car was at Sunnyvale Toyota the used car manager tried to purchase it) The mechanic told me it was the cleanest example he'd seen in years and the photos looked fantastic. Everything under the hood checked out and I sent him a deposit to hold the car. I flew down in the end of May 1998, purchased the car and drove it back to Oregon. This car is/will be extensively modified. It will eventually exceed 300 horsepower while keeping the legendary Toyota reliability and driver friendly characteristics the MR2 is known for.
